Directions from the M5 to Brook Barn Farm:

Exit the M5 at Junction 31. Take the A30 (dual carriageway) towards Okehampton, Launceston, Bodmin.

Just after the Launceston exit, follow signs for the A388 towards Callington - it is well signposted. (Note: this is a typical weird Cornish road junction. Just after the exit there is a roundabout, turn right at the r’about and then right again which takes you back onto the A30. The next exit is the A388 exit, at the T-junction turn right for Callington.) Follow the road to Callington.

In Callington go straight over at the traffic lights and at the next roundabout turn right towards Liskeard. At the next roundabout turn left towards Liskeard on the A390.

Follow the road downhill to a small bridge (Newbridge). Cross the bridge and follow the road for 2 miles into the village of St Ive Keason.

Continue through St Ive (signs say St Ive Keason, then St Ive Parkfield, then St Ive Church End) for just under one mile. There is a car showroom on the right hand side (Alan Gimlett) and a pub called “The Butchers Arms”. Take the right turn immediately
after the Butchers Arms signposted Pensilva. Follow the road to the end and turn left (signposted Pensilva), follow the road for about ¼ mile and take the next right turn (do not take turn to Bicton) up a narrow lane (this turn is not signposted). We are the third property on the right about ½ mile down the lane. There is a white metal sign “Brook Barn Farm” against a green hedge.
